Our bulk products are made to order in an FDA Registered facility in the United States.  The lead time ranges from a few days to a few weeks, depending on our backlog and the status of the long lead time materials.  We ask our regular customers for feedback and forecasts.  All resale customers are eligible for up to 5 free samples of different bulk products, depending on availability.  Resale customers, please use the Contact Us form to send us an inquiry about the free samples.  We prefer that you test out our free samples before ordering in bulk.

If you're not concerned with the Organic percentage then we can switch to non-Organic ingredients, when it makes sense, to reduce the cost.

We quote discounted UPS shipping rates but we also may use USPS and FedEx, where we also get discounted rates.  We will refund any shipping overcharge that is greater than $5.00.

Shelf Life: Est. 3 months (when oxygen is purged and stored in a cool dark place)
POA (Period After Opening): Est. 1 month
A 1 oz bottle should last about 1 month at room temperature with normal use and could last a little longer if refrigerated.

L-Ascorbic Acid is water, air, heat and light sensitive, which is why it has a much shorter shelf life compared to Vitamin C derivatives.

L-Ascorbic Acid is oxygen sensitive. For this reason, we purge the oxygen in our bottles with an inert gas before capping.

L-Ascorbic Acid is light sensitive so if you buy in bulk we recommend bottling in amber glass dropper bottles immediately upon receipt and purging the oxygen with an inert gas before capping.

Periodically, check for a rancid smell and see if the serum starts turning color to dark yellow, orange or brown. Dispose of the product when you detect rancidity.

We have internally reviewed the claims in U.S. Patent No. 7,179,841 and we believe that our formulation does not violate this patent. Serious buyers only, please email us and we will share with you the reason why we believe this, plus we recommend that you run our findings by your own regulatory counsel before purchasing this product.
